Active Subscriptions
For clients with ongoing membership plans, we retain personal information for the duration of the subscription. This ensures we can continuously monitor, request removals, and provide support. Once you cancel your membership, your personal information will be securely deleted within one hundred eighty (180) days, unless retention is required by law.
One-Time Services
For clients who purchase one-time services, we retain personal information for up to six (6) months after service completion. This limited period allows us to:
- Respond to support inquiries
- Conduct internal audits and quality assurance
- Provide proof of service, if requested
After this period, your information is securely deleted, unless retention is required by law.

Liberty Shield endeavors to minimize the client’s data exposure through industry-standard practices. However, results are dependent upon third-party compliance and circumstances beyond Liberty Shield’s control. Liberty Shield does not and cannot guarantee permanent deletion, universal suppression, elimination of all spam communications, or detection of every data breach or dark web exposure. Results may vary by individual case.
9. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that a minor’s data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
